Modifies assessments and testing conditions to accommodate learning styles and varying levels of knowledge
While not easily shown on a website, I always allow those students extra time to complete any type of test that isn't strictly timed. I will give students who are complete an extra task, but pull the last two or three who need more time to finish to the back to do so. Something else we do to accommodate students is provide them with "cheat busters", which is just tri-fold poster boards cut in half. That way they can feel that they have privacy and are not worried about wandering eyes.
